heyo ppl!! why u all neglect this blog? i just read it from newspaper as well as other ppl's blog that we can earn money $$$$$ by blogging. it's really simple, maybe u all can go look up in yesterday's newspaper the star in in-tech section.

ok, i'm getting real bored with my hols now. i'm pretty lazy to touch on my assignments, and i have completely no idea at all on what to do for it. dang! i hate asss!!! i mean assignments!!

travelling back to two weeks ago, i was busy and stressing over the mid-term test. but i still take the effort to meet up with darl every friday. so on the 11th, i had my 1st paper, which was the ESLS paper. after that, darl brought me out around 1+pm. at first we wanted to go for steamboat, cos i'm craving for it! but when we reached the place, it's almost late already. don't think we've got time to enjoy our meal, so off we went to jack's place in sunway. although it's just only a short meet up with him, but it's enough to put a smile on my face the whole day. =)

then all of us were looking forward for the 18th to come, which indicates the last paper of our mid-term test. b4 that day, we were already talking about where to go after test and stuffs. so yea, u can imagine how excited we were at that time. the last paper was biology and it finished at around 11am. so we quickly rushed back to hostel and started with major clearance. stupid hostel management required us to clear everything from our units. it's really wasting much of our time and energy as we have to shift everything back to the same unit after hols. but still, a rule is a rule. so i started off with my books. packed them into boxes and cleared, shifted everything to the store room within 3 hours plus time. i just hate to do clearance!! i didn't noe i have so many things!!!! OMG!! take a look!

then after all those tiring moments, we bathed and changed into nicer clothes and off we went for movies! darl fetched us there cos we wanted to save time travelling. hehez. we reached the cinema in time to bought tix for movies. my frens wanted to watch 'spidey 3', but i've watched it already, so darl suggested to watch 'next' instead.
then we cam-whore a while outside the cinema..just the 5 of us went out that day cos the others all went for camp already~ hmmph!!

after movie, we went for steamboat near sunway. yay! finally can steamboat with my frens!! been thinking of it long ago.

*we had tom yam and super spicy tom yam and also herbal soup...they have this soya bean steamboat too....but darl doesnt want to try. so do my frens! LOL...i'm the only one getting all hyper of it.*

it's buffet style steamboat and eat all u can. so we grabbed all the stuffs available and chunked in into the pot. we had 2 pots that night, one of the pot had way too many stuffs inside that the 2 soups are mixed up.LOL. and then of cos we took pics as usual.

we ate a lot until we felt like vomitting then we left and headed back to hostel. that night, we gathered in my room and we chatted and played until 3+ in the morning before we bid each other good night. the next morning, its the day where all of us are going home. i was waken by chalin and lacha around 9+ to open the door for them to go back to their unit. then after that, me and put continue to sleep a while more. then we helped la cha to clear her stuffs. pity her. but then only i was there helping her as chalin went back around 11+ and put was no where to be seen.i tried calling put to ask her to bring pen to the store room but she did not pick up my call. so i just ignored that and continue with helping la cha. after we've settled everything in the store room, i went back to my room to take my wallet as we're hungry and needed to get some food desperately. on my way back, i dropped by put's hse to check out what was she doing cos she did not pick up my call earlier. and what i saw was.....................THIS!!!omg!!! the fan dropped from the ceiling and she cant let off her hand as the wire is short and if she lets go......the whole fan will drop down and duno what will happen. better not risk our life dealing with electronic appliances. and she was like asking me to go get the guard a.s.a.p. i went and came back to tell her to go to the office. then, i helped her to hold the fan. that fan was really heavy! no joke! and i was sweating like mad and my hands were so tired that i juz wanted to let go my hand that time, but i noe i cant. so i waited for put to come back. and she told me the technicians will take some time to come and repair the fan. then she was complaining about the tireness. she has been holding on to the fan for like more than half an hour, thats the reason why she's not picking up my call. poor thing!

suddenly, i got an idea to use sumthing to hold the fan while we go for lunch. then i used the locker and 2 pillows to support the fan. brilliant, aint i?

haha..while she was busy holding on to the fan, i managed to take some shots of how our hostel looks like. (the inside)then we went out for lunch nearby.*poor thing after the incident...*

Blake goes first with his favorite, Bon Jovi’s You Give Love A Bad Name.Boy, it’s as good as when he knocked us out with it the first time. The judges love his performing but not his voice.
Jordin opens with her new song, Fighter by Christina Aguilera. Miraculously and oddly, i think she looked like Melinda. She takes the stage as Melinda. Haha. WTF??? Seriously. Melinda hair. Melinda outfit. Melinda “rock n roll” attitude. She sang quite well but simon called the round 1 to Blake. Boo.

Round 2: Blake’s new song is Maroon 5’s She Will Be Loved, which is sort of ballad-y. He is rocking the argyle. It’s good.
Jordin sang Martina McBride’s A Broken Wing. It was breathtaking.

Round 3: This round they will be singing erm.. 'This my own'. Not sure whats the song of the name. Poor Blake is not only saddled with this crappy ballad, but he is prohibited from setting it on Blakerize. He does the best he can, but Simon was right. He looked like he wanted to hit somebody (maybe those two dopes who wrote it?). Hahaha.
Jordin, now practically glowing in a lovely Jordin-like dress, of course wraps both her arms and her vocal cords and her legs and all the rest of her around this song and rocks it in its cradle till it drops sweetly off to sleep. She practically sweep Blake off the floor. Boohoo. I hope she wins though i still likey Blake. Come on, he so cute la. Who can resist cute guy? He can do the beatbox thing which I think is really cool. Dont you think so?

The show ended with Chris Daughtry performance. Overall, the show was really good. I hope Jordin can win. She is really good. Can you believe she is only 17? When i was 17, i cant even sing as good as her. Not like now i can sing also. The point is she really can sing as good as Melinda or Lakisha. Those two are like the best vocalists in the competition and yet Jordin managed to put herself the same level as they are. Gotta give credits to her. She proved herself that she can do that and she really did. I really hope she wins. Time for tv.

after that, i went back and got ready for darl to come. i was telling darl my cravings for seafood a day before and he promised to take me for seafood after my speaking test. WooHoooo! so there we went to a seafood restaurant near subang airport. forgot the name of the restaurant already. but i have pics to show.
HAHA! we were the only customer there. no one will be eating seafood in a sunny hot afternoon, or more specifically at 3pm!! only us! LOL. i love the setting there.

and then darl ordered 3 dishes, including crab! butter crab! enough to satisfy my cravings!up close of butter crab!!! ohh~~yumm yumm...1 kg for the both of us! after happily satisfying our tastebuds, we headed to sunway. darl wanted to watch spidey 3 but i was telling him i'm having a 3 hours IETLS test the next day and i wanted to get back earlier. after much persuasions and considerations, i finally decided to watch spidey 3 with darl. this movie really rocks the world, the ending was sad and i had tears welling up towards the end of the show. frankly, i've not watch spidey 1 and spidey 2. *boohoo!* uhh...yea, u heard me right!! oh-kay maybe i've watched spidey 1 but not spidey 2! but i totally heart this movie, worth sitting in the cinema for 2 and a half hours. after the movie, it was already 8pm and darl suddenly felt like going to BBQ plaza. but i was still full, the seafood we had still in my stomach. =D. anyway, we went there and had our dinner. i'm really getting fatter and fatter. *sigh...* he sent me back around 10pm and i revised a lil on IELTS and off to slumberland.

the next morning, 5th May 2007, saturday, i woke up at 6am and went to college for the written test. the test started with listening, then reading and lastly writing. felt so tired after the test and rejected my friend's suggestion to go to mid valley. i slept for 2 hours after the test and in the evening, i went to the nearby SACC for vietnamese dinner with 4 of my friends. walked around and shop around until 9+pm and we headed back to hostel.

the following one whole week is study leave, but we still have to go to college for extra classes as midterm is coming up. hectic hectic!

around 8pm, i reached the great hall. it was packed with ppl and i like the setting of the hall. they even made a huge banner where all the people who attended the event get to leave their signature there.

that's the end of our cam whore session. noticed that almost everyone wore black/red? that's because the colour theme is red and black!! when the VIPs and judges were all here, the event took off with ice-breaking session. before that, let me introduce our emcees for the night.

*ice-breaking with 3 volunteers. all guys. the girls are shy~ =P**what they need to do is that place a balloon at ur stomach area in your clothes and do the limbo rock! pretty hilarious seeing the guys up there.*after that, the 1st contestant took the centre stage. not much of a amusing performace i would say. then the 2nd contestant was erm....not too bad. =)up next is our dear friend, he sang 4 songs if i'm not mistaken. 2 english and 2 chinese. he had huge crowd supporting him.

HAHA!! but overall, it was a good show, some were fantastic, some were funny, some were oh-kay and of course there are those that were not so good afterall.the winner of the night was Mad Adam, some kind of a nick. i'm not sure of his real name though. and KS got second. i have to admit, the winner was real good!! he sang 'When You Say Nothing At All', followed by a rather soothing and slow 'Unintended' and wrapped it up with 'Cant Take My Eyes Off You'.
