around 8pm, i reached the great hall. it was packed with ppl and i like the setting of the hall. they even made a huge banner where all the people who attended the event get to leave their signature there.

and of course, we took lots of pictures before the opening of the event.

that's the end of our cam whore session. noticed that almost everyone wore black/red? that's because the colour theme is red and black!! when the VIPs and judges were all here, the event took off with ice-breaking session. before that, let me introduce our emcees for the night.

*ice-breaking with 3 volunteers. all guys. the girls are shy~ =P**what they need to do is that place a balloon at ur stomach area in your clothes and do the limbo rock! pretty hilarious seeing the guys up there.*after that, the 1st contestant took the centre stage. not much of a amusing performace i would say. then the 2nd contestant was erm....not too bad. =)up next is our dear friend, he sang 4 songs if i'm not mistaken. 2 english and 2 chinese. he had huge crowd supporting him.

*and here, giving out his best.*i wanted to take more pictures but then the cam died on me. so no pics after that. oh ya, did i mentioned that all 11 contestants that night were all BOYS?? i wonder where are all the GIRLS!! HAHA!! but overall, it was a good show, some were fantastic, some were funny, some were oh-kay and of course there are those that were not so good afterall.the winner of the night was Mad Adam, some kind of a nick. i'm not sure of his real name though. and KS got second. i have to admit, the winner was real good!! he sang 'When You Say Nothing At All', followed by a rather soothing and slow 'Unintended' and wrapped it up with 'Cant Take My Eyes Off You'.
